todays session

2days session started off lyke SHIT but thn as it came arwnd mre better nd fun activitiys came up nd thea wr allot of laughing nd we done it all perfectly??? ryte??

hmmmmmmm.. i crnt say ive learnd alot, but i crnt say i wntd 2 learn alot anyway!.
4 me 2 du smthing or 2 du smthing at my best i need 2 want it,. ue crnt jst expect me 2 du it cz ue wnt it,,i kno we hav 2 nd we try but wen it gts over borng we lose interest nd crnt du our best, we stl TRY it ! nd th prof is wen wew du du wt we want we du it...perfectly ,, 4 example th gym ! no 1s rewally played up nd every1 dse thea best !
but wen it cmes 2 gtting up nd wlking arwnd 2 go ryte wrds tht sm of us alrefy kno..we look 4 smthing tht isnt borng ! so thts why ..
but still sorry sirr nd we r trying nd im sorry 4 alwaes pissiong ue off but ur expectations are abit 2 high 4 us ryte nw !, most of us wer sent hea cz we cldnt listen in class nd the same problem we hav nw... so yehh sorry sir !,,

we started off wth some fun, crack up az games ! nd tht helped cz it gts our attention wch mkes us wnr play1,
nd in th gym ws a bit harder cz im sick but i managed 2 gt 2 du wt i wanted 2 du! :)

three way socer ws pretty algu ,,we wr losin in th beginning but in th last rwnd we made a massive combak(thnxx 2 me :P ) haha
nd in crash mat rugby ws alryte lot of teamwrk bhy mst players

fitnesws routine

10 min on 13-15 on the tredmill
then 3 sets of 10 reps on pull downs at a comfortable weight
nd atha exercises on my back
then finish wth weight lifting 7-10 kgs
